BROADWAY REVENUE CONSULTANTS LLC in Toledo, OH seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant to maintain accurate financial records for multiple client entities. You will record and verify transactions, bring books to trial balance, and assist with tax forms, payroll setup, and entity registrations as needed.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel/QuickBooks, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Spanish speaking team member is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered.
• Prepare trial balance.
• Analyze budgets and other financial information.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete required tax forms.
• Process payroll as needed.
• Set up tax accounts as needed.
