Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our service department in a busy dealership environment. We value candidates who are engaged and eager to grow in the automotive industry.

Prior warranty experience helps, but we provide training as needed. The role involves preparing and submitting warranty claims, maintaining documentation, tracking recalls, coordinating with parts shipments, and reconciling warranty receivables with accounting.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Experience preferred but training is available.
• Excellent record keeping and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claims.
• Processes all warranty paperwork with proper documentation.
• Keeps current with factory recalls and announcements.
• Arranges parts shipments to factory or distributor and resubmits rejected claims.
• Reconciles warranty receivables with accounting for payments.
• Tracks warranty parts with repair order numbers and dates.
• Maintains service and customer records as required by warrantor.
