Quirk Automotive is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our busy service department. This in-person role focuses on processing and tracking warranty claims, ensuring documentation meets factory criteria, and coordinating with parts and accounting to manage receivables.

Training is available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and comfortable using dealership software and warranty systems.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but training is available.
• Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claims.
• Keeps current with factory recalls and announcements.
• Reconciles warranty receivables with accounting.
• Maintains service and customer records as required by warrantor.

Position OverviewQuirk Automotive is looking for a detail oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our busy service department.We are searching for motivated individuals who are engaged and are excited about a career in the automotive industry. Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.Key Required Proficiencies:Prepares, submits and follows up on warranty claimsProcesses all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verifies criteria required by factory or distributorKeeps current with all factory recalls and announcementsArranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmits all rejected claims promptlyReconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain paymentsKeeps track of all warranty parts by noting the repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposedMaintains all service and customer records as required by the warrantorPreferred Skills:Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and manufacturer warranty systemsAble to work independently while also functioning as part of a teamExcellent attention to detail and accuracyBenefits offered:- Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
