Job summary

Indiana Furniture in Jasper, IN is seeking an Assembly/Sub Assembly worker for full-time hours. You will assemble and sub-assemble units, use hand and power tools, and lift up to 50 lbs (regularly up to 20 lbs). Safety glasses are provided; hearing protection and gloves available on request; ability to work at scheduled hours is required.

Must be able to install locks and hinges, pay close attention to detail, and work independently or with minimal supervision. EOE, including disability/vets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Ability to assemble and sub-assemble units.
• Excellent manual dexterity and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and sub-assemble units.
• Use hand and power tools on a regular basis.
• Lift up to 50 lbs maximum and up to 20 lbs regularly.
• Able to lift and flip over large and heavy units.
• Use glue gun, tape measure, hammer.
• Ability to install locks and hinges.
