Job summary

Residential Niche is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness across the apartment community in Pueblo, CO. You will be responsible for common areas, management offices, amenities, and vacant units to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.

Typical duties include cleaning, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and assisting with seasonal cleaning projects. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, with attention to detail and reliability as key

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties (bending, standing, stairs).

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and community spaces.
• Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents by cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform routine cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and trash removal.
• Restock restroom and supply areas as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report repair or replacement needs to management.
• Identify and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and property damage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist with special projects and seasonal cleaning as assigned.
