HRV Conformance Verification Associates, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to support the Controller across core accounting functions. The role encompasses invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is organized, and comfortable growing responsibilities with experience. This is a flexible range role open from staff to senior level with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 0–7+ years of accounting experience (open to entry-level through senior-level candidates).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software systems (Unanet preferred).

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and billing processing and reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts; ensure accurate entries.
• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and send customer invoices in accordance with contracts.
• Maintain billing records and respond to client inquiries.
• Assist with monthly close and reporting to management.
