Covius is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to receive, log, and process collateral files and related documents in a traditional office setting in Palm Harbor, FL. You will scan, verify, and reconcile records while adhering to procedures, SLAs, and confidentiality guidelines.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely handling of mail and shipments. Training is provided, and on‑site work with occasional overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive collateral files and prepare documents for scanning.
• Scan documents and perform quality checks.
• Reconcile collateral file inventories between systems.
• Process incoming mail and shipments, verifying contents and tracking logs.
• Manage undeliverable addresses according to guidelines.
• Prepare outbound documents for mailing and packaging.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards with task completion and error rates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
