Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Basic working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software.
• 1-3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Enter data into the case management system.
• Initiate conditional payment investigations.
• Review and upload documents.
• Follow up on case status via Medicare contractor portal.
