Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to support operations with timely audits, data consolidation, and workflow standardization. You will drive charge data integrity, coordinate coding reviews, and generate reports to improve revenue integrity.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Case Management software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience with databases and reporting software.
• Experience with Case Management software (CarePort/Wellsky/MCG).
• Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling/analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Integrity, reliability and urgency in work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and distribute to stakeholders.
• Enter data into systems for Case Management and Utilization Review.
• Maintain electronic and manual files of Case Management activities and improvements.
• Forward information to other departments as needed and track departmental activity.
• Coordinate and provide reports as requested and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage Case Management tracking systems and reporting functions.
• Ensure PHI handling complies with HIPAA standards.
• Work outside normal hours when necessary and attend to travel requirements.
