Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience supporting transactional legal work is required.
• Commercial leasing experience is required.
• Hands-on contract drafting and proofreading skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and proactive attitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and revise a variety of contracts and supporting legal documents.
• Work with legal and business teams to ensure documents reflect agreed terms.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to gather information and move matters forward.
• Manage multiple document requests and deadlines with accuracy.
• Organize electronic records and ensure final documents are accessible.
• Assist with process improvements and maintain templates/language.
• Provide general transactional and administrative support to the legal team.
