Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Quality Control Associate to monitor garment quality, communicate defects to the team, and prepare items for shipping. You will fold, tag, box, count, and keep records accurate.

The role supports the Embroidery department and requires attention to detail, ability to stand 8-10 hours, and teamwork to maintain Lakeshirts’ quality standards. Prior production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Basic computer experience required (Excel, Word, tablet).
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable, responsible and able to take direction.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for correct ink/thread colors, logo placement, labels and flaws.
• Communicate with inventory to gather garments needed.
• Maintain Lakeshirts’ acceptable quality per garment.
• Sort, count and fold garments by size/color/style for shipping.
• Read work orders and profiles to ensure correct processing.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; organize workflow.
• Follow safety practices and address safety issues per OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with others to complete tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
