Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent litigation experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Experience with Relativity or willingness to learn electronic discovery platforms.
• Excellent proofreading skills.

• Desire to contribute as a valued member of a growing litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Filing documents in state and federal court.
• Managing case dockets and calendar deadlines.
• Maintaining and organizing case and client files.
• Assisting with deposition preparation, scheduling, and logistics.
• Preparing litigation filings, including motions, affidavits, and declarations.
• Preparing discovery requests, responses, and assisting with document intake and review.
• Coordinate with outside consultants and experts.
• Communicate with clients and other counsel professionally and effectively.
• Support attorneys with trial and arbitration preparation and logistics.
