Plugz Electric is seeking a Data Entry | CSR to join our team in Minnesota. In this role you will accurately transfer information into our database, verify data, update records, and create spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate is a fast, precise typist with strong computer skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities include collecting information from customers, entering data, generating reports, backing up data, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous data entry or similar experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of databases.
• Familiar with standard office equipment (fax, printers).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Transfer information into the database using keyboard or scanner.
• Collect information directly from customers and enter into the database.
• Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
• Confirm data accuracy by comparing to source documents.
• Create reports or retrieve data from the database.
• Perform regular backups of data.
• Maintain an organized filing system of original documents.
