Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Georgia Property & Casualty License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Lines team with policy servicing and administrative activities throughout the client lifecycle.
• Process incoming requests, service activities, carrier correspondence, and tasks accurately and promptly.
• Review and process carrier downloads, ensuring policy information is maintained in AMS360.
• Maintain accurate policy records, customer profiles, and account documentation.
• Assist with policy checking, documentation, and quality control processes.
• Support accuracy of commissions through proper policy entry and maintenance.
• Obtain carrier loss runs and assist with customer and team requests.
• Generate reports and provide administrative support to account management and leadership teams.
• Help ensure high levels of service for clients and internal partners.
