Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer billing questions and resolve account concerns.
• Process and post incoming customer payments.
• Verify remittance information and payment documentation.
• Process accounts payable invoices and expense transactions.
• Reconcile purchase orders and maintain parts records.
• Update customer accounts in the CRM.
• Assist with inventory and database accuracy.
• Support Accounting with administrative tasks.
