Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an assembly worker to join our team in Ohio. You will use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble products to exact specifications, understand each part’s role, and ensure the final product meets quality expectations.

The role requires organizing the entire assembly process and reporting daily activities. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of assembly experience preferred, and be able to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Overtime may be required due to production demands.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout employment.
• Follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Use required pneumatic/hand tools to assemble product per specifications.
• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspections using basic measurement equipment.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Operate machines with safety practices and report hazards.
• Support downtime activities and interact with technical staff.
