Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a Production Assembler to join our MO facility. The role requires using pneumatic and hand tools to assemble components per specifications and ensuring alignment with end-product requirements.

Key duties include organizing the assembly flow, performing quality inspections, reporting production data, and maintaining safety standards in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior production assembly experience, 1-2 yrs preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to work overtime, as production demands require.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Accurately report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
• Interact with technical support personnel and support downtime activities.
• Must possess a high level of attention to details.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of safety culture, participating in safety training sessions, and promptly reporting any safety concerns.
