Job summary

Hendrickson in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking an assembler to perform production tasks using pneumatic and hand tools, following customer specifications. You will inspect, document, and maintain quality and safety standards on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of assembly experience, with willingness to work overtime and adhere to safety practices in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of prior production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to work overtime as production demands require.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Must follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Use required pneumatic/hand tools to assemble product per specs.
• Inspect product using total quality concepts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Report daily activities and production data as directed.
• Conduct quality checks using basic measurement equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Operate machines with safe working habits.
• Interact with technical support and downtime activities.
• Contribute to safety culture and report concerns.
• All other duties as assigned.
