Job summary

Hendrickson seeks a production assembler to support the assembly of components per specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail, safe operation of tools, and adherence to schedules on a non-temperature-controlled facility.

Responsibilities include organizing the assembly process, performing quality checks, and reporting daily production data. Overtime may be required to meet production demands, with emphasis on continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1–2 years of production assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and remain drug-free.
• Follow all safety practices and policies.

Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the assembly process.
• Perform inspections using basic measurement equipment and quality concepts.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Report daily activities and production data.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Operate machines safely and maintain safe working habits.
• Interact with technical support and assist downtime activities.
• Contribute to continuous safety culture and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
