Job summary

City of Sandy Springs invites a Destination Services Manager to lead services for group visitors, meetings, and events. You will liaise with planners, vendors, and tourism partners to deliver exceptional experiences in Sandy Springs.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and strong relationship-building within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Requires a hospitality-focused background and relevant leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage destination services for group visitors, meetings, and events
• Serve as liaison between Visit Sandy Springs, group clients, and vendors to coordinate services
• Track referrals and service requests using CRM software
• Assign RFPs to Senior Director of Sales & Services when appropriate
• Provide recommendations for dining, lodging, attractions, and events
• Assist with transportation planning, directions, and onsite logistics for groups
