Job summary

Far Bank Enterprises' Fly Water Travel team seeks a Destination Manager to join a collaborative travel-focused environment. This in-office role is based in Ashland, Oregon, and requires 2–4+ years in sales/customer service, strong project management, and excellent communication.

Far Bank Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and experienced travel professional to join our Fly Water Travel team as a Destination Manager. This individual will play a key role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, balancing the needs of guests, staff, and global destination partners.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Destination Manager will work alongside a team of specialized travel professionals to help clients research, select, and book exceptional domestic and international fly-fishing trips. The role includes direct guest and destination interaction, development and maintenance, as well as collaboration with team members on content development and trip logistics.

This is a dynamic role suited for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional with a love for travel, a passion for fly fishing, and a desire to deliver industry-leading service. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued excellence of the Fly Water Travel brand and be a valued part of our supportive and team-driven workplace.

Job Requirements

• 2 to 4+ years of sales and customer service experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills with known ability to multi-task while planning and organizing schedules and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proven excellent customer service.
• Must be a fly angler.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word with agility to learn new software programs.
• This is an in-office position based out of the Ashland Oregon office.
