Far Bank Enterprises on Bainbridge Island, WA, seeks a Production Associate to join a skilled manufacturing team creating world-class fly-fishing gear. You will progress from Production Associate to Production Specialist to Senior Production Specialist, receiving hands-on training and mentorship while contributing to high-quality rod production.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM to 2:15 PM

Compensation

Our pay range is between $18.50 to $25.00 an hour, aligning with the three Production levels and related to experience.
