Job summary

Visit Winston-Salem seeks a Web & Digital Marketing Manager to own VisitWinstonSalem.com, the Simpleview CRM, and related technologies. You will lead site architecture, content, and accessibility; manage calendars, events, and partner listings; and ensure data integrity across marketing platforms.

You will drive SEO/SEM and AI discovery, optimize for AI assistants like ChatGPT, and deliver monthly analytics reports to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, information systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or related field in tourism or destination marketing would be ideal.
• Experience with Simpleview CRM and CMS or comparable platforms (Drupal, WordPress).

Responsibilities

• Oversee VisitWinstonSalem.com architecture, navigation, landing pages, and microsites, coordinating with contracted providers.
• Own the website editorial calendar with content and campaigns for leisure, meetings, and sports segments.
• Lead SEO, SEM, and AI search strategy with the agency of record and implement recommendations.
• Manage Simpleview CRM, partner records, and data integrity for marketing and sales operations.
• Prepare monthly website performance reports and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
