Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is looking for a Dessert Finisher/Barista to join our high-volume restaurant team in Las Vegas. You will finish cheesecakes and desserts, glaze strawberries, and craft espresso beverages, delivering consistent quality and exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring prior barista/food service experience, knowledge of food safety, and a flexible, dependable attitude. You must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 pounds in a bustling environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety and handling standards and manage allergies awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO practices.
• Work with speed and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
