Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to finish desserts, glaze berries, whip cream, and craft espresso beverages for our high-volume full-service restaurant team.

You’ll support front-of-house operations, maintain quality, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Previous restaurant, hospitality or barista experience is preferred; must be 18+ with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling, a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow instructions while upholding food safety and handling standards, with awareness of allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO practices.
