The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to craft and finish our famous cheesecakes and desserts. You will glaze strawberries, create whipped cream, and prepare espresso beverages in a fast-paced, full-service setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling is a plus.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow food safety instructions and manage allergies awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork with clear communication.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
