Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to add finishing touches to cheesecakes and desserts, including glazing, whipped cream, and espresso beverages.

This role offers steady hours with flexible scheduling and access to earned wages, plus a comprehensive benefits package and training for personal and professional growth. You will support front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Familiar with beverage preparation and food handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee.
• Follow instructions while upholding food safety and awareness of allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO practices.
• Work with efficiency, speed and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork through clear and effective communication.
• Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
