The Cheesecake Factory is hiring a Dessert Finisher/Barista to join our high-volume bakery and restaurant team. You will finish desserts, glaze items, and craft espresso beverages while delivering consistent quality that elevates guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Adaptable, patient, and able to thrive in a high volume environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety and handling standards and be aware of allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products per FIFO.
• Maintain organization and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete setup and closing tasks; stock as needed.
• Support teamwork through clear communication.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
