Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to finish desserts, glaze strawberries, and craft espresso beverages in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will contribute to guest experience by ensuring quality presentation and speedy service.

Responsibilities include plate finishing, operating an espresso machine, following safety standards, labeling and rotating products, and supporting the team with clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Punctual, dependable and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow food safety and handling standards, with awareness of allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO practices.
• Work with speed and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork through clear and effective communication.
