Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to add finishing touches to our cheesecakes and desserts, glaze strawberries, whip cream, and craft espresso beverages. You’ll support front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment, delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or hospitality experience, knowledge of beverage prep, and a commitment to food safety.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Familiar with beverage preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Adaptable, patient and able to thrive in high-volume environments
• Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare coffee and beverages.
• Follow instructions while upholding food safety and allergies awareness.
• Label, date and rotate products using FIFO practices.
• Work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Set up and break down station, stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork with clear communication.
• Multitask and stay positive under pressure.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests.
