Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista in Dallas, TX for part-time work at a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will glaze cheesecakes, craft espresso beverages, and contribute to a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include dessert finishing, espresso service, food safety compliance, FIFO labeling, fast-paced multitasking, and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Adaptable, patient, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow instructions while upholding food safety and allergen awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO practices.
