The Cheesecake Factory is hiring a Dessert Finisher/Barista. You will glaze cheesecakes, finish desserts, and craft espresso beverages in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You’ll support front-of-house operations, ensuring consistent quality and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality or barista experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare coffee beverages.
• Follow food safety procedures and consider allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO methods.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Complete station setup and closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with the team.
• Multitask with a positive attitude to deliver guest service.
