Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to join our high-volume kitchen and bakery team. You will glaze cheesecakes, finish desserts, and craft espresso beverages to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in a dessert-focused role preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling good to have.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow food safety guidelines and FIFO practices.
• Label, date, and rotate products; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Provide fast, friendly service and support front-of-house operations.
