Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is looking for a Dessert Finisher/Barista to be the friendly face behind our bakery case in Beverly Hills. You will glaze strawberries, finish desserts with precision, create whipped cream dollops, and craft espresso beverages while supporting front‑of‑house operations to deliver a consistent guest experience.

You’ll follow food safety standards, label and rotate products, and work with speed and teamwork in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Follow instructions while upholding food safety and handling standards, with awareness of allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO practices.
• Work with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork through clear and effective communication.
• Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
