Job summary

Epic operates a state-of-the-art bakery just outside Madison, Wisconsin. This on-site role requires relocation support and offers an early shift (5am–8am, Monday–Friday) with full benefits and a yearly bonus/raise. You will craft cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a high-volume, collaborative environment.

Join a brand-new campus opened in 2023, with mentoring and growth opportunities as you learn alongside seasoned bakery staff and contribute to daily Epic menus and catered events.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a scratch-baked environment.
• Collaborate with culinary professionals to create and test new recipes.
• Produce desserts for daily Epic menus and catered events.
• Maintain high quality and food safety standards in a fast-paced facility.
