Epic, located near Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Breakfast Baker to join our campus bakery. You will craft and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, and pies in a state-of-the-art facility and work an early shift (5am-8am) with full benefits and relocation assistance.

The role offers growth opportunities, mentorship from expert bakers, and a path to leadership within a collaborative culinary team. Relocation is provided; housing and support are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high-volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of desserts including cookies, cakes, and pies.
• Work a 5am–8am shift, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with bakery staff and learn under leadership.
• Assist with menu development and daily production tasks.
