Epic is seeking a Breakfast Bakery team member on our campus near Madison, WI. The role focuses on crafting and scratch-baking cookies, cakes, pies, and related desserts in a state-of-the-art facility, with relocation assistance and national recruitment.

You will contribute to a team-led environment, enjoy mentorship, and have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles as you master daily Epic menus and maintain quality across high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high-volume.
• Ability to create and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, pies, and more.
• Willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Verona, WI or to Madison area.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of desserts in a fast-paced bakery.
• Assist in menu development and recipe trials.
• Maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team to meet production goals.
