Job summary

Epic is seeking a Breakfast Baker to join our campus bakery near Madison, WI. You will craft cookies, cakes, pies and other scratch-baked desserts in a state-of-the-art facility.

The position offers full-time hours (5am start), relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll have autonomy from day one and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles within a talented bakery team.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake and compose desserts (cookies, cakes, pies, etc.) in a high-volume, state-of-the-art bakery.
• Experiment with new recipes while mastering established favorites as menus change daily.
• Support catered events and showcase skills with leadership-ready autonomy.
• Collaborate with culinary team and grow into leadership roles over time.
