Epic is seeking a Breakfast Bakery team member to help bake cookies, cakes and pies in a high-volume, state-of-the-art facility. The role emphasizes creativity, autonomy, and growth opportunities in a campus environment just outside Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Professional baking experience in a high-volume setting.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Verona, WI campus or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scratch-bake a variety of desserts for campus bakery.
• Collaborate with culinary team to create daily Epic menus.
• Maintain high quality and food safety standards.
