Responsibilities

• Craft desserts reflecting the Hampton Chocolate Factory brand and meet guest expectations.
• Partner with leadership and team members to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience on every shift.
• Support daily operations by staying organized, following routines, and keeping service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence and help set the tone during busy or high-pressure shifts.
• Model and reinforce daily habits for a smooth, efficient, high-performing work environment.
• Communicate guest feedback or operational insights to leadership to drive improvements.
• Stay engaged during new product rollouts and assist with team training for consistent execution.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and company standards for a safe, welcoming space for guests and staff.
• Utilize Toast, 7Shifts, and Slack to stay informed and guide new team members navigating systems.
• Lead onboarding, mentoring, and training of new team members with patience and clarity.
• Represent Hampton Chocolate Factory with professionalism and team-first mindset on every shift.
