Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Desktop Technician Intern to support daily IT operations, working closely with the Senior Deskside Support Technician to assist customers across the organization, including senior leadership. The internship is a 10-week paid program starting June 1st and ending August 4th, 2027, with 40 hours per week expected.

The role includes troubleshooting, installing, repairing, upgrading, and configuring hardware such as desktops, laptops, and printers.

Qualifications

• Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; must be submitted on resume.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs, techniques, and concepts related to the role.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, personable and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to internal software systems.

Responsibilities
