Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX, seeks a Desktop Systems Specialist to deliver expert endpoint support, device lifecycle management, and productivity tooling for employees. You will work with Intune, Autopilot, AD, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 to keep devices secure and running smoothly.

On-site role with opportunities to improve processes, collaborate across IT teams, and support manufacturing and lab environments. Regular day shift with occasional after-hours maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, MFA, printers, and common business tech.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset, with ITIL-aligned processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, lab, or technical production environments.

Responsibilities

• End User Support & Service Delivery: advanced desktop support for Windows systems and devices; manage incidents and requests.
• Endpoint Management: image, deploy, maintain devices; manage Intune, Autopilot, AD, Entra ID.
• Site Technology Operations: support conference rooms, AV, printers; coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Security & Continuous Improvement: assist with encryption, patch compliance, and documentation; seek process improvements.
