Job summary

You will support Windows-based systems, device lifecycle, productivity tools, and site tech while coordinating with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management teams. The role combines hands-on technical support with documentation, process improvement, and operational excellence to ensure secure, efficient, and dependable IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and endpoint administration within a business environment.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, MFA, printers and common business technologies.
• Knowledge of AD, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, asset management and ITSM platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, endpoint management and user productivity technologies.
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL, HDI or equivalent.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, lab or technical production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop support for Windows-based systems, laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, MFA, printers and collaboration technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, connectivity and account-related issues via in-person and remote support.
• Serve as a trusted technology resource delivering responsive, customer-focused support with minimal business disruption.
• Manage incidents and service requests per ITSM processes with documentation and prioritization to ensure timely resolution.
