Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Desktop Technician to serve as the single point of contact for end users, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading PC hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. The role requires providing timely end-user assistance and maintaining a high level of service.

You will troubleshoot issues via in-person, by phone, or via email, support Office 365, and handle tasks like configuring networks, printers, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and IT concepts.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred.
• Experience with Windows 7/10 and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for end users to receive IT support.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot issues via in-person, phone, or email and assist end users.
