Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an on-site role in Hopkinsville, KY. The position runs for 5+ months with hours Monday–Friday, 8–5, and pay up to $31.25/hr.

You will handle desktop and user application installs, troubleshoot hardware/software, and manage printers and deskside services across locations. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in support, strong remote and onsite capabilities, and solid networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting software, printers, projectors, and related issues.
• Experience providing remote and phone support to customers.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT issues via phone and tickets.
• Install operating systems and user applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Configure and maintain printers (laser, thermal, impact).
• Develop, document, and maintain deskside operations and procedures.
