Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and antivirus management.
• Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops and laptops.
• Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices per organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects.
• Asset management and imaging.
• Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
