What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver expert onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices, handling installations, moves, additions, changes (IMAC), and swift troubleshooting for hardware, software, mobile, and printer issues.
  • Oversee seamless hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, equipment redeployment, and meticulous asset inventory management, ensuring technology stays current and reliable.
  • Provide white-glove support for executive/VIP users, conduct proactive AV system health checks, and coordinate all equipment logistics—from shipments and returns to vendor repairs—with precise asset tracking.

What You Need:

  • Bring 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows OS imaging.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Ethernet, networked printers, and audiovisual (AV) systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Thrive in dynamic work environments while managing asset inventory and using asset management systems.
  • Perform physically active tasks such as lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs, and travel up to 150 miles with mileage reimbursement to support users and technology across multiple locations.
