As part of a self‑directed site support team, the Desktop Support Technician will perform level2 troubleshooting functions for help desk issues involving IT equipment on the customer’s desktop. You will ensure the assistance is prompt, friendly and effective. You will perform principal support functions to customers for Microsoft Office products and network‑based applications such as email, calendar, groupware, electronic forms, etc. This position performs analysis and implementation of microcomputer‑related projects and micro‑computer portions of larger projects.
