The role requires 1–3+ years in desktop support, a related degree or technical training, and familiarity with Windows 10/11. A ServiceNow background is preferred.

The rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
