Job summary

CompucomStaffing in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our onsite team and provide end-user support across devices and software.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage devices via MS Intune, and coordinate with other teams to resolve tickets while meeting SLAs. This role requires 2–5+ years of experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of desktop experience (deskside and remote).
• Windows 11 OS experience required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow / Remedy / ConnectWise).
• Microsoft Intune experience desired.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for onsite users including executive level support.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Deerfield Beach, FL and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for onsite users to include executive level support
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
• Device and user management through MS Intune
• Troubleshooting Windows 11 OS, Office 365, MS Authentication and mobile issues
• Perform setup and provisioning of equipment to business users
• Managing Team Service Now Ticket queue (Meeting Ticket SLAs)
• Driving issue to resolution through engagement/escalation to other support teams (when required)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 5+ years of related desktop experience, both deskside and remote
• Windows 11 OS experience required
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow / Remedy / ConnectWise)
• Microsoft Intune experience desired
• Must have a valid drivers license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation
• Must have the ability to travel to other locations as needed

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
